The client wanted us to monitor the activities at their gyms and see whether the gym members were following social distancing norms and gym instructions. If they weren't doing so, they wanted an agent to sound an alarm.

Since the client was doing this for the first time, they were not quite sure about the result and data security issues. One of our challenges was to provide the services at the desired timings due to time zone differences. Another challenge we faced was that the alarm was not configured according to the language specifications. Hiring the right agents within the time frame was the biggest challenge we faced.
