Client's Requirement
Outsource2india was approached by the client to set up appointments for customers looking for loans or other mortgage services and send warm leads to their in-house team of loan officers.
Project Challenges
The client was looking for an outsourcing partner that could help them scale at the most competitive prices. The client wanted an initial headcount of 20 full-time resources and also wanted the project to be deployed within 5 business days during which hiring, onboarding, transition, training, and IT & systems setup needed to be completed. Also, the client wanted Outsource2india to replicate its telephony platform. The aggressive turnaround time was not feasible from a long-term perspective due to huge developmental costs & recurring expenses.
O2I's Solution
O2I undertook the challenge by using the client's dialing system that had automated DID shuffling technology, customizable dial ratio velocity, and accurate voicemail detection. We also agreed to reimburse the VOIP costs incurred. We deployed tenured resources who were able to meet the client's expectations of 10 SPDs from the start. Outsource2india also provided the client with project management, performance management, QA, & reporting functionality as part of the agreement at no extra cost.
The Result
The client is extremely pleased with the outcome. The team grew from an initial headcount of 20 FTEs and now stands at 40 FTEs. The client has also shared that they are looking to scale up more eventually. Being confident in our quality, the client also referred one of its friends that runs an identical business model to us.
