The Customer

The customer to whom we are providing image processing services currently owns 13 studios across Norway and has plans of doubling this number to 21, by expanding into Sweden and Denmark. By the end of this decade, our customer hopes to open 200 studios across Europe.

The Process

During the project, our customer would upload 100 to 120 folders on the FTP, on a daily basis. Each folder would approximately contain 35 to 40 images. Although there is a time difference of 4 hours between Norway and India, the Outsource2india team has never failed to deliver the enhanced images 48 hours ahead of the deadline set by the customer.

For this project, the team used, Adobe Photoshop CS6, Adobe Illustrator, Indesign and Quark Express amongst others. The image editing team works on dual monitors.
