The Requirement

The client obtains large volumes of real estate data from prospective and existing clients. The client required an outsourcing partner to enter this data into the appropriate real estate documents and upload onto their custom software at the lowest costs.

Project Challenges

• Application - O2I experienced some initial difficulty while installing the application, due to a discrepancy in the IP addresses. The challenge was resolved by the clients request to access the tool through a Virtual Private Network (VPN).

The client emailed the data entry details to O2I in a PDF format. These details included addresses, seller and buyer details, agent details, amounts, clauses etc. O2I had to enter this data into the respective property documents and upload (power of attorney, sale deeds etc.) onto the clients' software. The trial output was required in an Excel spreadsheet.

The client trained one full-time data operator online for a week. We successfully completed the trial in a day. Based on this success the client signed a contract with Outsource2india to outsource their ongoing work (10 properties a day).
