The client is a leading management consulting firm based in Auckland, New Zealand. They help their client's businesses to grow faster by identifying the right growth opportunities and re-inventing business models. They also aid their clients with designing, developing, and commercializing their new products and services.

The Requirement

The client was looking for a reliable and cost-effective data extraction service provider. They were looking for a partner who could create detailed business profiles of potential clients. They were looking for details such as company name, business category, industry, their products, and services, etc.

Project Challenges

Our data management team at Outsource2india had to face a few challenges during the execution of the project. The major challenges we had to face were -

1. The market which the client deals with has a minimum or almost no online presence hence the amount of data available online is very scarce
2. The market they work is a niche market which made it difficult for our team to source data and create business profiles
3. The client had laid down several specifications which had to be followed while creating the business profiles

The Trial

As the client was working with Outsource2india for the very first time, they decided to a trial project initially to gauge our service capabilities. During the trial, the client asked us to create business profiles of their potential clients. We assigned one full-time resource for the trial project who would work on the business profiles for a day. Our team member was able to source 66 business profiles during the trial.

Full-time Contract

The client was extremely satisfied to see the results of the trial project and decided to outsource the entire data extraction project to Outsource2india. For the full-time contract, we assigned 3 full-time resources who would work towards building business profiles for the client.

The client provided us with a brief about what exactly they were looking for. Our team creates business profiles with various details such as the client industry, job market, their products, and services, etc. We identify each client based on their business category and the job market. This is an ongoing project and we are currently delivering about 100 business profiles in a day for the client.
