The client had a list of election campaign donor names in the US, and wanted to ascertain the amount donated, and candidates donated to, during specific time periods.

The client required an outsourcing partner to collate the information, from a client provided online database link, and key the same onto their CRM portal.

The client sent O2I an online database link via email, and transferred a list of donors (records) via email in an Excel sheet format. The link contained election donor information for both individuals and companies (dates, amounts, period of donation etc).

O2I assigned one full-time resource to handle the trial. O2I's resource analyzed four companies (donors) on the client provided donor list, and noted the information.

The information included the party/candidate to which the donor had donated, period of donation, amount of donation and more. The collated data was keyed into an Excel sheet.

The trial was successfully completed in one business day, and the client signed a seasonal contract with O2I to outsource 1500 records. O2I assigned four full-time resources to handle the ongoing project, and delivered the project within two weeks.
